Caffeine from gum is absorbed through your mouth lining, typically within 5 minutes — far faster than drinks or pills.

Yes. NORR contains zero sugar — it is sweetened with the sweeteners xylitol and isomalt instead.

Each pack contains 12 pieces, each with 50 mg of caffeine. We recommend no more than 4 pieces (200 mg) a day.

NORR is safe for healthy adults. Not recommended if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or sensitive to caffeine. Do not exceed 4 pieces (200mg) per day.

Absolutely — NORR was designed with this in mind. The fast buccal absorption means caffeine hits right when you need it, not 30 minutes after your warm-up.
